Desert Postcard Card
Father’s Day is almost here and I actually got my card done in plenty of time! I am crafting away from home so I have had limited supplies but it has been fun to just use what I do have (and I did break down and buy some stuff.)

[Father’s day is coming up! This is the card I made for my Dad three years ago using an amazing photo of trains. Enjoy! Originally published 8/29/18]
For Mother’s and Father’s Day I really like to showcase my parent’s interests so I made my Dad a train card, with some vintage photos and gears!

Bird and Hat Mother’s Day Card
It is Mother’s Day again! Flowers and birds are always a good choice for my mom and she likes birdcages so they all go together well. This year, however, the card needed a bit more so I added a hat!

[Mother’s day is coming soon! Here is a great card I made for my mom a couple years back, she loves flowers and there is such good vintage imagery out there. Originally posted 5/20/19]

[This is my Easter card from a couple years ago. I am definitely seeing my love of bees repeated here! Originally posted 4/28/2019]

Seed Packet Card
As spring is coming soon, so this onion seed packet card is just the thing! The perfect chance for bees, flowers and a rich seed packet image.

Fashion Card
This simple but striking card featuring clothing accessories was for a friend of mine who shares my love of vintage fashion. With just a few design elements I was able to make a very stylish card!

Spread the Love Card
For Valentine’s Day this year I had a hard time getting inspired. I knew some of the design elements I wanted to use, but I had nothing to hold it together, and then I came up with the sentiment that I wanted to use inside and there it was! the Spread the Love Card.

Hearts Card
Here is a previous year’s Valentine’s Day card, I hope it inspires you, I know I could use some inspiration too! [Originally posted 2/16/19]
Valentine’s Day is a classic card making holiday for me. The first cards I remember making were Valentine’s using stickers and doilies and anything else my mother would put out to craft with. Too bad this holiday always sneaks up on me! I had to get some Valentine’s together quickly so I got out my die cut machine and went to work.
