For my niece’s birthday this year I was inspired by this little painting of a Crobot. If you are not familiar, they are a type of crocheted Amigurumi in the form of a robot. I only made a few of the crobots, but I was compelled to paint some small watercolor paintings of them. This is the most colorful of the bunch and perfect to publish at the end of summer!
I wanted a fun bright card for my niece and this picture was perfect. I scanned the original for the card and picked some equally bright background paper for it.
I also found a use for my metal flowers! I picked them up on clearance years and years ago, but they went with robot part of this image.
For a finishing touch I used some letter stickers to spell out my niece’s name. I kept this card relatively simple, but I had to keep even the inside nice and bright!
This was a great card to feature this image and be nice a cheery!
