This cat album all started when my sister wanted Dumpling Cats for her birthday. Being a good sister I crocheted her a whole set of them. I gave myself a generous amount of time to make them and they were so cute I ended taking them all sorts of places to show friends. I then started taking pictures of the cats having their adventures and put them in a cute little album/card to give to my sister with the cats!
For the pages of the album I used a cream cardstock and my Silhoutte’s print and cut feature with some postcard back images. On the other side of the pages I cut out some decorative paper to give the album some more color. I had so many pictures I had one on each side of the paper! I used paw print stamps to make it look like the cats had traipsed all over the pages.
I glued the pictures on and ran a gold pen around the edges to give them a bit of a border. The pages were all held together with a book ring and I added some charms just to be cute.
I was sad to let the cats go, we had a good time while it lasted, but at least they have a good home!
